Just 15 minutes to prepare a restaurant quality dish. These prawns with a spicy garlicy butter sauce is super easy to make and is perfect for any occasion.

Recipe (Serves 4 to 6)
Ingredients
8 to 12 fresh king size prawns (deveined)
150 grams unsalted butter
1 tbsp of olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
5 red Thai chilies, finely sliced
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or more (depending on how spicy you want it)
Salt and fresh black pepper, to taste
Juice of one lime
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Method
Step 1 – Heat grill on medium high heat.
Step 2 – Season the prawns with salt and pepper and put them on to the hot grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3 – While the prawns are cooking, make the butter sauce. Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan and add garlic, red chilies, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper and give it a good mix. Add the juice of one lime and the parsley leaves.
Step 4 – Brush on some of the butter sauce on to the prawns about halfway through the cooking process.
Step 5 – Serve immediately, drizzling the remaining butter sauce and, garnish with limeand parsley, if desired.
