With renowned chef @martinberasategui at the helm, you are in for a real treat! Some real standout dishes - the cecina croquettes, stuffed and fried tiger mussels, the whole blue charcoal grilled lobster with a cantabrian sauce and the San Sebastián style spider crab stew - absolutely delicious! Even the bread and butter that’s served as you wait for your meal is divine! Make sure you leave space for dessert (like always) - their San Sebastián cheesecake is chefs kiss. Thank you to the entire team for a lovely evening.

@bordomavi.ae - the latest addition to The Lab Holding’s restaurant portfolio, which includes big names such as @3.fils and @brixjourney! Serving some of the finest seafood, sourced sustainably from around the world, and prepared by their chefs who draw inspiration from coastal fishing village traditions. The star dish definitely had to be the 250 yrs old Recipe Butter Shrimp Casserole. Plum shrimp sitting in a rich Black Sea butter, garlic and chilli powder sauce - absolutely divine! The oysters, the pickled anchovies, the Bordo Mavi salad and the mussels were some of the other favorites too! The wonderful seaside harbour location is fabulous! Perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

Was the most wonderful evening @fiya.dxb! Located inside @keturahlive, this alfresco dining spot ticks all the right boxes! Delicious food, great ambiance and just the right weather to enjoy a meal outdoors. We absolutely loved the wood ember roasted cauliflower with tahina, the Fiya tomato salad, the double smash burger, the grilled U5 shrimp and the Argentinian Picanha Steak. Also make to sure to order the truffle Mac & cheese too. Yumz! Thank you @chef.gonzalo.platero and @fiya.dxb for a lovely dinner.

Dinner at the Editors Table @timeoutmarketdubai for a sneak peak at some of the new dishes that @reifo.kee will be adding to the menu at @reifkushiyaki after the month of Ramadan. Some incredible food was served but the stand out dishes were definitely the temakis and the Kagoshima Udon with a Satsuma gyu dashi, sliced Satsuma gyu and yuzu - absolutely incredible! Thank you for Chef and @christinetmathias for such a wonderful evening filled with great food and fantastic company!
