@cocina_tres is just plain fun. The food hits hard — rich, bold, and meant to be shared — with dishes that disappear fast and leave you talking about what to order next. There’s real depth to the flavors, the kind that builds as you eat, balancing heat, freshness, and comfort in all the right ways.

Everything we ate was absolutely delicious, but a few things you cannot skip. The Queso Fundido — gooey Provoleta cheese with spicy fish chorizo and flour tortillas — is basically irresistible. The Tostada de Callo is bright, rich, and crunchy, with cured Hokkaido scallops, baja-style pâté, and salsa macha. The Aguachile Negro hits you with scallops, charred habanero, avocado, and just the right zing of red onion. And the Taco de Arrachera? Flank steak, dry red mole, burnt habanero, shishito, corn tortilla — smoky, spicy, and exactly what you want in a taco. Oh, and the La Serena Margarita… let’s just say it goes down a little too well.

The room is alive and inviting, warm and a little sexy, the kind of place that effortlessly turns dinner into a full night out. At Cocina Tres, ordering “one more” isn’t just encouraged — it’s basically guaranteed.

Spent the afternoon at @belugabarandrestaurant at the @mo_jumeira — a masterclass in quiet luxury. For anyone craving a proper caviar moment, this is the address to know. Executive Chef @giovannipapi_ has just introduced a new menu that plays with Italian tradition while pushing it somewhere far more interesting, managing to make caviar feel both sophisticated and fun.

We’re talking about next-level dishes like the “Not Another Chicken Nugget” made from sturgeon and topped with caviar, the Alaskan King Crab Roll, and a “Gentlemen’s Cheesecake” finished with a savoury, salty hit of caviar — one I haven’t stopped thinking about.

The experience was made even better thanks to our hosts, @antipodes_water. This New Zealand artesian water is a total game-changer for your palate. Because it’s naturally low in minerals and has a neutral pH, it doesn’t mess with the delicate notes of what you’re eating or drinking. It basically acts as a “reset button” for your taste buds, making every sip of champagne or wine taste exactly how the winemaker intended — crisp, clean, and perfectly balanced. 🥂✨

@tezukuridubai feels like the result of people who really knew what they wanted to build. Created by boss ladies @panchalimahendra and @astoryoffood, the space sets the mood from the second you walk in — warm, calm, and inviting. You can feel the care and clarity behind every detail.

The food is delicious and exciting, beautifully executed, and very much the kind you want to order one more dish of even when you’re full. Must-orders include the hand-rolls and nigiri (obviously), Foie Gras Daikon, Yuzu Tomato, Ebi Garlic Butter, and the Tebasaki Karaage — absolutely divine.

The cocktails are playful, well-balanced, and dangerously easy to drink. And before you leave, make sure you experience their hidden speakeasy — dim, buzzy, and exactly where you want to end up. Go for dinner, stay for the atmosphere, and expect to lose track of time.
